Kirby's life changed irrevocably when he was 14 and first saw Kubrick's masterpiece "Dr. Strangelove." He knew then that he was a director; his life was indelibly that of a filmmaker. Any list of his favorite directors would likely go well beyond reason, but it would invariably include Kubrick, Tarkovsky, Paradjanov, RW Fassbinder, David Lean, Danny Boyle, PT Anderson, Bergman, Iñárritu, Wong Kar Wai, Park Chan-Wook, Visconti, Danny Boyle, and, of course, Kieślowski. This is his first feature.
Felicia Stallard is the founder of The COOL Cooperative, a non-profit dedicated to providing the youth of New Orleans with film industry workforce development. This is her second feature as a producer and her first as a writer.
John Swider has produced numerous films starring actors such as John Goodman, Eric Roberts, and Tom Seizemore. He's a natural producer, adept at deal-making, forging compromises, moving, and shaking.
